BrightBond Care may operate as a childcare placement and service-coordination business. We may collect information from Families seeking childcare, Caregivers seeking placement or assignments, trainees/participants, and other persons who contact or use our Services.
By using our Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will obtain consent in the manner required by law. If you do not agree with a processing activity for which consent is required, you may decline that activity, although this may affect our ability to provide the relevant Service.

1.1 Information provided by Families
- Name, email address and phone number.
- Residential or service address and locality.
- Number and ages of children requiring care.
- Relevant childcare preferences, routines, schedules and requirements.
- Information voluntarily provided about allergies, medical or special-care needs, where necessary to arrange or safely coordinate care.
- Payment, billing and transaction information, as applicable.
- Communications, enquiries, feedback, reviews and other information provided to us.
1.2 Information provided by Caregivers
- Name, contact details and residential address.
- Government-issued identity and address documents where required for verification.
- Photographs, qualifications, experience, references and other professional information.
- Screening and qualification information.
- Eligibility information, including applicable minimum-age requirements.
- Bank/payment information where BrightBond Care is required to make a payment to the Caregiver or otherwise facilitate payment.
- Training, assessment, attendance and performance-related information where applicable.
1.3 Information about children
Because our Services concern childcare, a parent or legal guardian may provide limited information about a child, such as name, age, routines, allergies, special-care requirements or other information reasonably necessary to arrange safe and appropriate care. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or provide personal information directly to us.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us about a child is accurate and that they are authorized to provide it. We use child-related information only for legitimate childcare, safety, matching, service-delivery, support, legal or compliance purposes and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
1.4 Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser/device information and operating system.
- Pages or screens visited, access times and usage information.
- Cookies and similar technologies.
- Location information where the user enables location features and such information is necessary for the requested Service.
- Messages, booking actions and other interactions with our digital systems.

- To respond to enquiries and provide requested Services.
- To match Families with suitable Caregivers.

- To coordinate placement, bookings, scheduling, replacement and support.

- Families and Caregivers: relevant information may be shared to facilitate a placement, booking or service, such as name, photograph, contact details, service location and relevant childcare information.

- Payment and financial service providers: information necessary to process authorised payments, refunds or settlements.
- Technology and service providers: hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, security and other vendors acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, insurers or auditors where reasonably necessary.
- Government, law-enforcement or regulatory authorities where required or permitted by law, or where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect a child or person from serious harm.

Where payments are made to BrightBond Care, payment processing may be handled through bank transfer, UPI, payment gateways or other payment methods made available to the user. BrightBond Care does not intend to store full payment-card details in its ordinary customer database. Payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Data Storage, Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical, organizational and administrative safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide Services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations and protect child and user safety.
