These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of BrightBond Care's website, digital channels and Services. By using or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or book the Services.
1. Definitions
- "BrightBond Care", "we", "us" or "our" means BrightBond Care.
- "Family" means a parent, guardian or other adult authorized to request childcare services.
- "Caregiver" means an individual introduced, matched or made available for childcare services through BrightBond Care.
- "Placement Services" means our service of identifying, screening, matching and/or introducing Caregivers to Families for regular, recurring or longer-term engagement.
- "On-Demand Services" means childcare services requested for a specific date, time or period and coordinated through BrightBond Care.
- "Services" means Placement Services, On-Demand Services and any other services expressly offered by BrightBond Care.
2. Nature of BrightBond Care's Services
2.1 Placement Services
BrightBond Care provides caregiver identification, screening, matching and placement support. BrightBond Care is not the employer of a Caregiver merely because it identifies, screens, trains, introduces or places that Caregiver with a Family.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, the Family and Caregiver are responsible for agreeing the terms of any ongoing engagement between them, including duties, working hours, compensation, leave, work conditions and other applicable arrangements. The parties must comply with applicable law.
2.2 On-Demand Services
BrightBond Care may also coordinate On-Demand Services for Families. The specific service arrangement, caregiver assignment, duration, charges, payment method and any applicable service conditions will be communicated at or before booking.
3. Eligibility
- Families must generally be at least 18 years old and authorized to arrange care for the child concerned.
- Caregivers must meet BrightBond Care's applicable eligibility requirements, including the minimum age and documentation requirements communicated during onboarding.
- BrightBond Care may refuse registration, suspend access or discontinue a match where information is false, incomplete, or misleading.
4. Caregiver Screening and Preparation
BrightBond Care conducts document review, eligibility verification, and structured childcare training as part of its onboarding process. Families should review the information provided and communicate their requirements clearly.
5. Fees and Payments
Applicable fees will be communicated before confirmation of the relevant paid Service. Depending on the Service, payments may be made by bank transfer, UPI, payment gateway or another method made available by BrightBond Care.
6. Family Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the household, child, care requirements, and schedule.
- Provide a safe and respectful environment for the Caregiver.
- Treat Caregivers respectfully without harassment or discrimination.
- Promptly report any safety concerns.
7. Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, qualification, and experience information.
- Follow applicable training, safety, and conduct requirements.
- Perform agreed childcare duties with care, skill, and attention to child safety.
8. Child Safety
Child safety is a core priority of BrightBond Care. Any immediate danger or emergency should first be addressed by contacting local emergency services and the parent/guardian immediately, followed by informing BrightBond Care.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. For any inquiries or dispute resolution, contact us directly.
